We will meet in person at a dedicated physical location.
In just four short weeks, you will gain new tools to assist the children and youth in your care, whether they are experiencing significant trauma, or walk through life’s “normal” disappointments and changes.
We will look at common cultural notions about grief that seldom help and sometimes hurt. In their place, our team will equip you with concepts and actions that do work, and let you confidently lead and support, whether at home, school, or any other setting.
All participants will receive a copy of “When Children Grieve”. The material in the book serves as reference and reminder of what we present, and is required reading. Between each meeting we will reflect on the lesson content via a short questionnaire. Please make sure to bring your insights to share.
Each meeting is approximately 2 1/2 hours long. $ 395/person
